Only five percent of North America orders their groceries online, and that number is growing quickly. We ingest over half a billion catalog listings from over nearly 25,000 locations each night and utilize data from millions of orders and deliveries to shape new offerings and improve our fulfillment chain and last-mile logistics.
Product Managers are responsible for building the products that make grocery shopping effortless. We partner with teams across the organization, including Engineering, Business Development, Design, Data Science, and more, to develop the products and features that help customers order, shoppers procure, and retailers sell groceries online.
Product Ops brings together cross-functional teams to carefully deploy product initiatives across our Care organization. From making sure our agents are ready to provide the best service possible to generating data-driven product recommendations, we pride ourselves on our ability to serve our 4-sided marketplace from our unique vantage point.
